Senior Customer Success Associate – Customer Success Department

Role Overview

ESG& is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team. As a Senior Customer Success Associate, you will be a key advocate for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our ESG technology platforms. You will work closely with clients, understand their goals, and provide guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs, goals, and challenges, and develop tailored strategies to drive their success.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide proactive guidance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ESG& solutions, providing training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to ensure clients are proficient in utilizing our platforms.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to provide customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ESG and sustainability, sharing insights and recommendations with clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
